Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Krishna Creations, we provide high-quality custom web development and digital marketing services. Due to the exact nature of our business, which relies on irreversible manual engineering hours and custom architectural design, all initial project deposits are strictly non-refundable.

By commissioning us to build a digital asset, you acknowledge that our engineering team immediately initiates backend configuration and wireframing, which incurs permanent operational costs from day one.

2. Project Cancellations

A project may be terminated by either you or Krishna Creations via written notice. The following cancellation logic applies:

• Prior to Development: If a project is canceled after the deposit is paid but before any design/code is produced, the deposit remains non-refundable to cover administrative onboarding and slot reservation.
• Mid-Development: If the project is canceled while in active development, all completed engineering milestones up to the date of cancellation will be calculated and invoiced. Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work must be settled immediately. Code and assets mapped to those paid milestones will be handed over.

3. Maintenance & Hosting

Web hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance retainers are third-party infrastructure costs paid entirely in advance.

• Hosting/Domains: Funds allocated for purchasing server space or domain names are wholly non-refundable, as they are instantly transferred to global registrars (e.g., AWS, Vercel, GoDaddy).
• Monthly Retainers: You may cancel ongoing SEO or maintenance retainer agreements at any time with a 15-day written notice. We do not provide prorated refunds for the active billing month in which the cancellation occurs.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. Instead of issuing refunds for bespoke digital products, our standard contracts include dedicated revision loops.

If the initial UI wireframe does not align with your vision, we will utilize our scheduled revision cycles to adjust the aesthetic direction until it matches your exact parameters. Because code cannot simply be "returned" like a physical product, financial settlements are resolved via these iterative revisions rather than chargebacks.

5. Refund Processing (Exceptions)

In extreme, exceptionally rare cases where Krishna Creations formally agrees to issue a partial or full refund (e.g., accidental double-billing by our payment gateway), the settlement will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 standard business days.
